        Parts are received from customer  
         All parts are visually inspected for damage 
         All parts are counted and matched to “Quoted Material 
        Pre-treat process  
         5 Stage AAMA 2605 pre-treat 
         Bulk Chemical is the pre-treat supplier 
        Representative parts are sent on a regular basis to our pre-treat supplier (Bulk Chemical) and to our paint suppliers (Valspar, PPG, Akzo) for quality spot checks. 
         After painting  
        Visual: inspect for imperfections, color uniformity and color match to be consistent with the color range or numeral value. 
        7.2.1 Specular Gloss: with gloss meter, in accordance with ASTM D 523 Gloss values with in +- of 5 units of spec. 
        7.3.1-Dry Film Hardness: from Berol Eagle Turquoise pencil (grade F minimum) 
        7.4.1.1Dry Adhesion: parallel cuts made, tape applied and pulled off. Pieces should be at ambient temperature of 65°F to 80°F (Crosshatch) 
        7.4.1.2Wet Adhesion: Immerse samples in distilled water at 100°F for 24 hours, repeat test 
        7.4.1.3 Boiling Water Adhesion: Immerse sample in boiling water for 20 minutes 
        7.5 Impact Resistance: Using Gardner Impact tester 
        MEK Rub Test  
        Parts are wrapped and shipped to customers specifications
